Mind Talk Psychology welcomes feedback as it helps assist us in identifying what we are doing well and ways we can improve our services.
Feedback and complaints can be received verbally, in writing, via the feedback box located in reception or in another way that suits the person. Families, carers and advocates can also submit feedback or a complaint on behalf of the person if they require support. We do encourage you to consider raising your complaint directly with your therapist. A discussion with the clinician can often help to resolve your concerns and to clarify any misunderstandings that might exist.

Mind Talk Psychology is committed to quality improvement. To assist us with this, we conduct feedback surveys periodically throughout the year. During your treatment, you may be contacted by telephone and invited to participate in the survey. Your participation is voluntarily, and you can choose to remain anonymous if you prefer.
All complaints will be investigated and addressed appropriately. If you have provided your contact details, the practice owner will endeavour to provide you with feedback on the outcome of the investigation. If you are dissatisfied with the manner in which your complaint is handled by Mind Talk Psychology, you can lodge a formal complaint with either the Australian Psychological Society or the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
